OUR BARBERS

Jeff Ferrell

Jeff is the owner of Fort Mill Barbershop and has been cutting hair since 1983. He began cutting hair directly out of high school in his native land of West Virginia and continued his hair cutting ways when he moved to Fort Mill in 1993 and started working at the Fort Mill Barbershop. Jeff became the owner of Fort Mill Barbershop in 2020 and plans on continuing the tradition of being an old fashioned hometown barbershop.

Jeff has two children, a step-son, and three grandchildren. He enjoys going to church, spending time with his family, camping, and fishing.

Steve “Wormy” Caskey

Steve (better known as Wormy) grew up in his father’s barbershop and has been barbering for over 50 years, including 42 at the Fort Mill Barbershop and 10 years at the Palmetto Barbershop. After all these years, he still enjoys cutting hair!

Steve enjoys cooking, camping, college football, and NASCAR.

John Chatfield

John barbered in New Jersey for 28 years and then moved to South Carolina and has been cutting hair for the last 32 years.

John works Thursday through Saturday at the Fort Mill Barbershop.

He enjoys spending time at home with his children and two dogs as well as going to church, fishing, camping, hiking, and gardening.

Tyler Caskey

Tyler has been a barber for 4 years, starting at the Fort Mill Barbershop in 2019. He is a third generation barber in Fort Mill, as his grandfather and father (Wormy) were also barbers. Tyler is a Fort Mill native as both him and his wife grew up in the Fort Mill area and have family in the area as well.

Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music and playing the drums.
